GreenDoor Refund, Exchange & Replacement Policy

All Sales Are Final

We do not offer refunds or exchanges. All purchases are considered final once placed.

If something arrives broken from the GreenDoor Marketplace, we can help with a replacement (details below).

Marketplace Items

Broken or Damaged Items

If a Marketplace item arrives broken or damaged, we may offer a replacement for the same item (or a comparable item if the original is unavailable).

  • Timeframe: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Proof required: Clear photos of the damaged item and the shipping packaging/box (if possible).
  • Eligibility: Replacements apply to Marketplace items only (non-cannabis).

Incorrect or Missing Items

If your Marketplace order is missing an item or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll work to make it right.

How to Request a Replacement

  1. Email us at founders@greendoorbox.com with the subject line: "Marketplace Issue – [Order Number]".
  2. Include:
    • Your name + best contact email
    • Order number
    • What happened (broken, missing, incorrect)
    • Photos (damage + packaging, if applicable)
    • Your shipping address (so we can confirm where to send the replacement)

If approved, we’ll arrange a replacement shipment or pickup option (when available).

Cannabis Products (Mile High Experience Box Selections)

Cannabis products are fulfilled and managed by our licensed dispensary partners. Because of state regulations, cannabis items are subject to the dispensary partner’s refund/exchange policies.

If you selected cannabis with your Mile High Experience Box and have an issue with a cannabis product, please refer to the partner dispensary’s policies and contact them directly.

What We Don’t Cover

  • Change-of-mind purchases
  • Items damaged after delivery due to normal wear, misuse, or storage conditions
  • Requests submitted after the timeframes listed above
  • Any cannabis product issues that must be handled under dispensary partner policies
