Delivery Options
Experience Boxes
GreenDoor partners with licensed dispensaries to provide the following options for our curated Experience Boxes:
- In-Store Pickup: Choose "In-Store Pickup" during checkout to collect your Experience Box from a participating dispensary.
- Local Delivery: Available in select areas through our dispensary partners. Delivery times vary based on the dispensary's schedule and your location. Availability will be shown at checkout.
Marketplace Items
For non-cannabis accessories and lifestyle products purchased through the GreenDoor Marketplace:
- Free Shipping: All marketplace items are eligible for free delivery across the United States. Delivery typically occurs within 3-7 business days of order processing.
Delivery Areas
Experience Boxes
Experience Boxes are available for delivery or pickup only in areas permitted by local and state regulations and where GreenDoor has partnerships with licensed dispensaries. Check our website for the most up-to-date delivery areas.
Marketplace Items
Marketplace items are shipped to all 50 U.S. states. Shipping laws for certain accessories may vary by state.
Order Processing Times
- Experience Boxes: Orders are processed within 24 hours, with delivery or pickup schedules determined by the dispensary partner.
- Marketplace Items: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, with delivery occurring within 3-7 business days.
Tracking Your Order
Once your Experience Box or Marketplace order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information or further instructions. Tracking options for Experience Boxes may vary depending on the dispensary partner.
Delivery Requirements
For all Experience Box orders:
- Age Verification: Recipients must present a valid government-issued photo ID showing they are 21 years or older at the time of delivery or pickup.
- Signature:An adult signature is required for all Experience Box deliveries.
Marketplace items do not require age verification unless specified by state law.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your Experience Box or Marketplace order arrives damaged or items are missing:
- Contact us at founders@greendoorbox.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide your order number, photos of the damaged items (if applicable), and a description of the issue.
