Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, including cannabis and perishable items, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns on any items once they have been delivered. However, we are committed to addressing any issues with your order.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong product(s), we will correct the issue promptly at no additional cost to you.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at founders@greendoorbox.com with the subject line: "Refund Request – [Order Number]."
  2. Include the following:
    • Your name and contact information
    • Order number
    • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s)
    • A brief explanation of the issue

Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges may be permitted under the following conditions:

  • The item is non-cannabis (e.g., accessories or non-perishable products).
  • The request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

How to Request an Exchange

1. Contact us at founders@greendoorbox.com with the subject line: "Exchange Request – [Order Number]."

2. Provide the following:

  • Your name and contact information
  • Order number
  • Reason for exchange
  • Details of the item you’d like in exchange (if applicable)

Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item and processing the exchange. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Cannabis products (including THC and CBD items)
  • Perishable items (e.g., snacks, beverages)
  • Products purchased during final sale or clearance events

Additional Information

We reserve the right to deny refund or exchange requests that do not meet the criteria outlined in this policy.

GreenDoor is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during return shipping. Please use a tracked and insured shipping method for any returns.
