Do you deliver?

At this time, the GreenDoor Experience Box is available for in-person pickup only.

How do I place an order?

Orders can be placed through our website. Select your box, complete checkout, and follow the pickup instructions in your confirmation.

What do I need for pickup?

Please bring a valid government-issued ID. For cannabis items, you must be 21+ and ID will be verified at pickup.

Can someone else pick up my order?

The person picking up must be 21+ with a valid government-issued ID. If you’re coordinating a group order, contact us in advance so we can help make pickup smooth.

What is the GreenDoor Accessory Marketplace?

Do I need to buy a box to shop the marketplace?

No—our marketplace is available to shop on its own, and some orders may be eligible for pickup depending on your checkout selection.

How does the marketplace gift card work?
