      Ideally 14 days before your arrival to lock-in themes, pickup timing, and inventory. Same day may be available. Email or text us for rush options.

    • Can each guest customize their box or choose non-THC?

      Yes. We curate the boxes based on your preferences. Non-THC and low-dose options are available so everyone can enjoy at their own pace.

    • Where do we pick up and what do we need?

      You will pick up at the partner dispensary closest to your lodging. Bring a valid government issued ID. Each guest receiving a box must be 21 or older and present their own ID.

    • What payment methods are accepted?

      GreenDoor processes payment before pickup. Our online checkout accepts all major credit and debit cards.
