GreenDoor Shipping & Delivery Policy (Marketplace Items)

What This Policy Covers

This policy applies to non-cannabis accessory and lifestyle products purchased through the GreenDoor Marketplace (“Marketplace Items”).

The GreenDoor Experience Box is currently available via in-person pickup only. Marketplace shipping details below do not apply to cannabis products.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping

Marketplace Items ship via standard carriers. Shipping options and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout.

Free Shipping (When Available)

Some Marketplace orders may qualify for free shipping based on the items in your cart and current promotions. Eligibility (if available) will be displayed at checkout.

Pickup (If Offered at Checkout)

Some Marketplace Items may be eligible for pickup. If pickup is available for your order, you’ll see it as an option at checkout along with instructions after purchase.

Where We Ship

We ship Marketplace Items to addresses within the United States where the selected items can be legally shipped. Certain products may have shipping restrictions depending on your state or local rules. If an item can’t ship to your address, you’ll be notified during checkout.

Order Processing Times

  • Processing: Most Marketplace orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Delivery Time: Delivery timelines vary by carrier, destination, and the shipping option selected at checkout.
During high-volume periods (holidays, special drops, promotions), processing and carrier delivery times may be longer.

Tracking Your Order

Once your Marketplace order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available). Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Delivery Requirements

  • Accurate Address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Secure Delivery Location: If possible, choose a delivery address where packages can be safely received.
  • Age Verification: Marketplace Items generally do not require age verification unless required by applicable law or carrier policy for a specific item.

Shipping Issues, Damaged, or Missing Items

If your Marketplace order arrives damaged, is missing items, or appears lost:

  1. Contact us at founders@greendoorbox.com within 48 hours of delivery (or within 48 hours of the expected delivery date if the package shows “Delivered” but you didn’t receive it).
  2. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of any damage (including the shipping box/packaging if possible).

We’ll review and work with you on a reasonable resolution based on the situation and available information.

Returns & Exchanges

Return and exchange eligibility may vary by item type. If you need help with a Marketplace purchase, email us with your order number and we’ll walk you through your options.
